To be fair, it will sit and run A/C with cops in it just like any other patrol vehicle.
yea it's staggering how many vehicle sit and idle outside my local police station. I was like this is costing police department millions annually but that's why they get bigger budgets annually. We used 60k in fuel monthly and now fuel goes up so we need 80kI came across this vid of a CNN test of "self driving".

I think most driving is too complex for a bunch of sensors and a computer to handle. Too dynamic. I5 maybe, but not where shit is constantly changing.
So, the Post office is trying to replace the current delivery vehicles.

I Think it's obvious that any underbaked auto-system is a danger to motorcyclists, etc. The NHTSA wants to verify if Autopilot was indeed activated in these two crashes that occurred in darkness, on freeways.
